RUSH and SUPER-RUSH service is also available for most appraisals. Our RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 48 hours (including holidays and weekends) of property inspection; this service adds a 25% charge to the base fee for the appraisal. SUPER-RUSH service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 24 hours (including holidays and weekends) of inspection, and adds a 50% charge to the appraisal's base fee.
